An Invitation to Join

Named for the year the Law School was founded, the 1905 Society plays an integral role in securing Fordham Law’s future. Planned gifts ensure Fordham Law will continue to shape the next generation of lawyers committed to the highest ideals of professional, intellectual, and moral excellence.

When you notify Fordham Law of your legacy gift (and confirm the gift in writing), you will become a member of the 1905 Society. Your generosity, expressed through the options outlined below, will help provide a strong foundation for the continued growth of Fordham Law:

A bequest in your will or revocable trust
Beneficiary designations for retirement plans, IRAs, life insurance policies, and bank or brokerage accounts
A life-income gift, such as a charitable remainder trust or a charitable gift annuity, that names Fordham Law as a remainder beneficiary
A charitable lead trust that provides income to Fordham Law for a donor’s lifetime or a term of years
A gift of qualified retirement-plan assets, such as an IRA, 401(k), or 403(b)
